Swans wintering in Fukushima Lagoon fly out to the surrounding rice fields in search of food. The gradation of the mountains, from the lowest to the highest, Dainichidake, is beautiful. As the morning sun rises, the silhouettes of swans pass by again and again. The birds, which have taken off from the surface of the Fukushima Lagoon, make a cooing sound as they fly from one mountain to another, a scene that is full of poetic sentiment. The swans can be seen flying from just before the snow begins to fall on the mountains until they return to the north at the end of March. This place may resemble the scenery of their hometowns in Siberia or Bineburg for the swans.
